Type of information collected and data handling
Here is the type of information we collect:
- Email addresses for distribution of our newsletter. You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link.
- Booking and payment forms. Your data enables Govolo to process your transaction. Bank details are used for booking and invoicing purposes exclusively.
All the information we collect is for the exclusive use of Govolo, which remains the sole owner of the data entered on its site.
Pursuant to Act# 78-17 of 6 January, 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, you have the right to access, modify or oppose the storage of your personal details. By the same token, if you deem your information inaccurate, incomplete, equivocal or obsolete or if its collection, disclosure or use is banned, you may demand that it be rectified, completed, clarified or removed. Sharing information
In order to process your request, we must share certain personal data with the airlines, car rental agencies or other service providers. However, we only disclose the information required to arrange your trip. We never trade in customer files or other confidential information.

We set a cookie on your computer. Cookies record events on our website (number of browsed pages, dates and times but they do not enable us to identify you.

The first time web surfers visit our site or any site audited by "Profile For You", a cookie is set on their computers.

Are your payments safe?
To counter any possible problem, Govolo uses a secure mode of payment, SSL. In order to process a transaction, the system ensures the security of your payment by encrypting the captured personal data (names, addresses, emails, bank details). None of this data is readable during transmission via the Internet.
